I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Port Elizabeth and had a fantastic experience. The common areas were beautifully decorated and the breakfast was excellent. The staff, especially Christopher, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel was located in a safe area, with off-street parking. it was a great stay and I would recommend it to others.

The accommodation was lovely with very tasteful decor and good facilities. We were made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was really lovely and beautifully presented. European guest houses have a lot to learn! The little touches like the complimentary sherry and choccies in the evening were just lovely. Marelise was a fabulous hostess and Christopher was just lovely, as were Thandi and Noxi. Our four nights were an absolute pleasure and a home from home. Thank you!
Nothing, we could not fault it. The location was great, close to the beach and very quiet.

Its location was excellent, to a local restaurant will recommended which was outstanding, and in a very quiet area. Being close to Tabu Grill was nice, we had dinner there. Thoroughly enjoyed the tastefully decorated room with a bath🙂

Place was beautifully decorated and quiet, loved the stay.
My a single room was extremely spacious and luxurious in the spa bath in our luxurious bedroom. There were coffee & tea making machines, a refrigerator, and glassware. The hotel had an excellent location close to Piet Retief Monument. Took a walk around city center, located at a short distance from the venue. It took just 10 minutes by car to get to the airport.

This was a good location, 15 minutes from the airport. The room was large and clean. This is more of a guest house than a hotel and had the feel of a private home.

I had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood close to a supermarket, Hobie Beach, and the golf course. The service provided by the staff was impeccable. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of options to choose from. The manager was very friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed. The hotel also had a swimming pool and a sun terrace, perfect for relaxing after a long day. my experience at this hotel was amazing.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Regarding room and service standard Manor 38 can easily compete with the Park Hyatts of this world. Very attentive and helpful staff, nice lounge, breakfast and outdoor area, all the little details in the room - the best we have seen so far in South Africa

Great Location, Perfect Room, Delicious Breakfast
The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and a nearby mall. The room was so comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was a true highlight of the stay, so delicious and fresh. We also enjoyed the daily room service and evening aperitif.
The only downside we found was the noisy birds, but it added to the charm of the location. we had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
